About Us
Thanks for taking a look at our website, we are a property maintenance company with over 25 years in the industry. We specialise in converting garages and garden buildings into exiting new spaces such as: home offices, gyms, mancaves, bedrooms, utility rooms and extra living room, in fact pretty much anything you'd like! We will manage your entire project from design to installation. We have in-house tradesmen so everything is covered by ourselves.
We also specialise in flat roof installations and with over 10 years experience in EPDM rubber roofing and GRP.
One of our recent garage conversions has been shortlisted for a games room of the year award!

FLAT ROOFS
We have been installing EPDM(rubber) and GRP(a fibre membrane) for around 11 years. Rubber has a manufacturers guarantee of 25 years, but, with a life expectancy of around 50 years, its a very popular choice.
